THE FACTORY
The constant attention on quality is guaranteed by the strong control of the production process which, starting from the purchase of raw materials and ending up with the packaging is carried out in our factory in Cittadella. From our factory, we also control the pre-sales and after-sales services, to assure a complete “customer care system”.

The plant has an area of approximately15.000 m 2 and it's located on three different floors.

On the first floor there are the technical offices, the R&S department, the packing and forwarding area and the carpentry area.
The second floor is occupied by the administration department as well as the export sales and after-sales offices.
The third floor is dedicated to a conference room and to a training area. However, the largest portion of the third floor is occupied by the production area. This includes some pre-assembling units, 10 production lines, and 2 state-of-the-art vertical stores.

PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
the whole range of sweepers is born and has been developed through a sophisticated 3D parametric planning system. We realize that being at the cutting edge of technology is the key to our survival and hence we are committed to continuously investing in Research and Development. Our skilled R&D staff and state-of-the-art R&D facilities have helped us in bringing about continuous innovations in our products, besides helping in consistently improving their performance.

CARPENTRY AREA
Our continuous investments in cutting edge fabrication technology have meant that all our products adhere to the highest quality standards. We are fully equipped to carry out sheet metal cutting/bending, welding and parametrical designing of our products in-house.

THE WELDING ROBOT THE LASER CUTTING MACHINE
New machineries include a state-of-the-art laser cutting machine, an electronic, laser controlled metal pressing machine, 4 brand new Kardex vertical stores and a welding robot.

RE-ASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY AREA
Our vertically integrated production facility is equipped with multiple production and assembly lines. This allows us to carry out a high mix / low volume production while keeping costs low at the same time. We can therefore offer very competitive minimum quantities to our customers thereby helping them in quickly responding to ever-changing market conditions.

Furthermore, Mach's products are built to comply with major international standards, including European Standard EN as well as other relevant standards for each product type. Our products have been independently type-tested and certified to the above standards. Even the “MACH ME”, our small manual, automatic sweeper, is assembled in our factory. The assembly of MACH ME is organized in order to guarantee a constant control of the product during each working phase. And of course, every machine is tested by our personnel before being labelled and packed.

PACKAGING : finally, each machine gets packed and then stocked, ready to be delivered.
